Dear Mr. Zsolts,
Thank you for your mail and great day. All involved enjoyed the ride so that was a success. From a personal point a view I would like to propose a few suggestions
Driving
Great experience however I would like to make the follwoing recommendations:
More scenic and information during the ride (one stop only at parlement oposite a boat)
More puzzel to find the route (or only the first part and then follow). Althought the cars are unreliable this can be done in a better way with for example secret cars following the drivers or provide assistance when a cars breaks down (provide contact numbers in the event the cars braks down (now too much follow the skoda). Present a map copie of the ancient Boeda/Pest and navigate through the route this way one can see some highlights of Budapest and have waiting / stops and the right places to regroup, (don’t drive in a que but drive seperate and go to meeting points with 5 minutes interval to start).
Driving back no stopt or changes of driver just like very little amusement from the scenery. Would be good to build some additional highlights in this. Also keep in mind the rushhour as this is not the best time to cross through downtown.
Further I would suggest to have 4 cars and next time and would not recommend 3 persons in one car (then the guide could drive with one member maby too). Also a safety aspect (no seatbelts in the back).
The trial/test.
Again a lot of fun (however I would select a different area and not a public parking for the trial). and I would included this in your price and not treat as additional this is fun and should be part of the driving experience and separates you then from others. Would have been better to do such thing half way on the return ride.
The food/lunch it was nice to have an original Hungary dish. I would like to recommend to include all drinks and arrange a price with the owner for the meal and drinks. All require to drive back so alcohol will not (or hardly be used and a few softdrinks will not kill the budget but is appreciated by the participants).
Hospitality and service and knowledge of the cars was excellent a big compliment and would like to wish you all the best for and in the near future and hope that my feedback will help you to improve your program.
Kind regards,
J.P. Smith
